The Workforce Initiative is dedicated to aggressively being a nonprofit community resource and partner within Hampden County Massachusetts and beyond. The goal is to positively impact trainees via workplace skills training of the unemployed by providing immediate daily employment with ongoing retention support. Assessed participants progress to pursue community based full-time employment. This systematic approach through individual, customized employment strategies, will promote personal growth, self-sufficiency, social inclusion and ultimately family, neighborhood and community quality of life.
